    23 Tahun Rezim APUPPT PPSPM

    Pada tahun 2025, Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK), sebagai lembaga sentral yang mengoordinasikan upaya pencegahan dan pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU), telah memasuki usia ke-23 tahun. Kelahiran PPATK juga menandai dimulainya rezim APUPPT di Indonesia yang selaras dengan standar internasional dalam anti pencucian uang, pendanaan terorisme, serta pendanaan proliferasi senjata pemusnah massal.

    Saat ini, TPPU telah menjadi fenomena global dan tantangan internasional. Praktik money laundering bukan lagi kejahatan domestik, tetapi telah melintasi batas negara (cross-border), menjadikannya bagian dari transnational crime.

    Dengan tema Penguatan Sinergitas Rezim APUPPT & PPSPM guna Memperkuat Supremasi Hukum dalam rangka Mewujudkan Indonesia Emas 2045, PPATK bersama dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan berkomitmen penuh untuk menciptakan sistem keuangan Indonesia berintegritas dan bersih dari praktek pencucian uang, pendanaan terorisme dan pendanaan proliferasi senjata pemusnah massal

    Theme

    • Development of models using AI and/or computer vision to identify and prevent financial crimes related to environmental exploitation, including illegal carbon trading and unauthorized green investments.
    • The Implementation Advanced technology application for monitoring and analyzing transactions that facilitate illegal environmental activities.
    • Development of solutions to identify the origins of money laundering from corruption and security fraud. Creation of automatic detection systems for insurance fraud, bribery, and corruption, using predictive algorithms and behavioral analysis.
    • Application of AI and machine learning to monitor and analyze suspicious transactions in taxation, customs, and excise sectors.
    • Investigation and technology development to enhance transparency and accountability in general election financing, with a special focus on preventing money laundering.
    • Development of financial reporting applications that ensure real-time documentation and monitoring of every campaign funding transaction to prevent illegal practices.
    • Development of models combating human trafficking, smuggling of narcotics and psychotropics, cross-border crimes involving the human smuggling and weapon of mass destruction.
    • Initiatives to detect and stop terrorism financing through the use of big data analysis and AI technologies.
    • Building international cooperation through platforms that integrate global databases for information and intelligence exchange.
